My Full-Service Planning & Design package is designed to assist you with every aspect of your wedding. Here is what you will receive:
  • Unlimited in-person meetings as well as phone & email contact.
  • Detailed budget planner.
  • Complete Wedding Day Design.
  • Guest List Spreadsheet Template.
  • Guidance with etiquette and other formalities.
  • Ceremony & Reception venue selection.
  • Vendor selection.... to fit your style, personality, and budget.
  • Schedule vendor appointments around your schedule.
  • Ongoing vendor maintenance.
  • Review & negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Guest Accommodations.
  • Guest & Bridal Party transportation.
  • Schedule Salon & Spa appointments.
  • Wedding stationary design and/or selection.
  • Create detailed & informative itinerary for wedding day and other activities.
  • Communicate timeline to all vendors prior to wedding. (Everyone needs to be on the same schedule.)

My Partial Planning package includes Event Day Management (also known as DOC) as well as
ten hours of planning assistance

   * these ten hours can be used for whatever you need... inspiration sessions, scheduling and/or attending vendor meetings, research, etc.
  • Walk-through of ceremony & reception sites so you can show me your vision.
  • Vendor referrals
  • Review vendor contracts so I know what to expect from them... when they are to arrive, what services they are providing, etc.
  • Final vendor confirmations.
  • Distribute final vendor payments (check/money order only) and gratuities.
  • Rehearsal direction (1.5 hours)
  • Create custom itinerary & time lines for your wedding day and other activities.
  • Time lines distributed to Bride, Groom, all vendors, and any family members you choose, prior to wedding.
