Hi Bobbi, this is Carey and Cindy - parents of the bride. We just wanted to thank you again for all your efforts to help make the wedding the huge success it truly was. I didn't realize how many things needed to be done beginning with the rehearsal on Friday to making a toast at the reception, well into the night. You were always right there making sure things were done as they needed to be. Looking back at all the expenses or services necessary to make a wedding happen, I really believe the investment we made in hiring you was the best one! I would not hesitate to recommend you or to hire you again - hopefully for our son's wedding someday. Several of our friends, who have attended many weddings over the years, commented on how great this one was. Again, thank you so much for every thing you did! Bobbi is absolutely phenomenal--she exceeded all of my expectations for a Day-of-Coordinator. She stepped in just when I needed her, helping to pull together all of the plans that I had worked so hard on during the past year. One of the things I appreciate most about Bobbi is that she cares deeply about the people she works with, and it is evident in everything she does that this is more than just a "job" to her. Bobbi made an effort to really get to know my husband, myself, our families, and the dreams we had for our special day--so much so that by the day of the wedding, I was truly content knowing she was in control. Bobbi Roth was the reason our wedding was so successful. Without her, we would not have had the day we dreamed of; thanks to her we did! We contacted her less than three months before our wedding and we didn't have anything except for the venue, photographer and DJ done. She was extremely professional and always kept us on track. TO PLAN ANOTHER WEDDING
1. Her Attention to Detail was key to the success of the entire event; from the beginning stages of planning to the placing of the last candle in the beautiful centerpieces on the afternoon before the wedding. During the planning stages, she listened to the bride and groom so that she could gain a sense of what they really wanted. They were both involved and were both very pleased with the memorable event at the end of the night.
2. She was budget savvy. She asked in the planning stage where the lines were drawn with regard to the amount that was budgeted for the event. She monitored that and if she felt that some of the choices that were made were going to jeopardize the budget for another area, she brought that to their attention. It then became their decision. She negotiated with several vendors on behalf of the wedding couple and in one case saved over $3,000.00. She is experienced enough that she knows what most items associated with wedding nuptials should cost. A real professional!
3. Her strongest attribute is her Cool-headed Approach. She remains calm and supportive to both the wedding couple and to their participating family members. She knows how the stress level can become very high but she offers the calm. The carefully scheduled day of my daughter’s wedding was torpedoed by an alterations person that misjudged how long it would take to complete the wedding dress. It was supposed to be ready at 2:15; it was not completed until 3:45 and arrived at the wedding site at 4:45. The wedding started at 6. No one at the wedding was aware of the schedule scramble for pictures that had to take place but with Bobbi guiding the ship, we worked our way around it and all was well. That cool head of hers came in very handy.
4. Bobbi is driven by her Passion for the job she is doing. Her goal that she repeats over and over again is that she wants to remove the tedious stress that can be part of a big event like a wedding and allow the wedding couple, their families and their best friends to enjoy the occasion right along with them. It is her place to take care of all the endless details to make that happen. She does that with confidence.
5. Bobbi’s style had the amazing ability to eliminate unnecessary friction between the wedding couple and the parents. Bobbi gave them deadlines and she prompted them on when certain aspects of the wedding had to be completed. The mother-of-the-bride did not have to ‘nag’ about getting the invitations out or various other important deadlines. Bobbi was in charge. And I believe that the wedding couple respected her for that—it wasn’t Mom telling them to do another project!
6. Bobbi gave the wedding couple several lists of things to do in advance so that things such as getting the marriage license were not left to the last minute. With so many details to cover, this was a godsend.
7. On the wedding day, the mother-of-the bride had the luxury of enjoying the festivities and Bobbi was handling all of the little hiccups that take place when you are attempting to seat 100+ people for dinner. She had the evening program scheduled and it went off like clockwork.
8. Bobbi keeps herself educated on the latest trends and popular themes with the brides and grooms of today. She allowed herself to be open to suggestions from both the bride and the groom and their individual tastes were very evident throughout the wedding and reception. We had people tell us that it was the best wedding that they had ever attended.
9. In January, 2010, when my daughter and son-in-law, announced their engagement, they also decided on their August wedding date. In the beginning, I was sure that because I had worked on so many fundraising events, parties for large groups of people at work, and the weddings of all of my siblings that pulling together a wedding in seven months would be a piece of cake (no pun intended.) However, in May, I was asked to take a temporary job and I began to panic. That was until the wedding couple found and interviewed Bobbi. I can strongly recommend that if you truly want to enjoy the nuptials of one of your children, take away the stress of all of the details and hire Bobbi to provide you with a memory of your lifetime—one that you were able to totally enjoy because Bobbi was making sure that it was the Dream Wedding for you and your Loved Ones. She did it for us and she will do it for you!

Something borrowed: This is where I can let you BORROW my future wedding planner Bobbi Roth. I don't have the fiance or dress yet, but this woman is definately on the list of must haves for the wedding. She was recently the wedding planner for my friend's wedding, and it was my first experience as a member of the wedding party. My goodness how many details I have overlooked! But Bobbi was always there with her cool demeanor and fast fixes, saving the day! The event ran so smoothly with very little pre-planning on the part of the wedding party, who was pretty easy going. Bobbi handled everything and did it with such an effortless aire! This woman is a must-have at your wedding! And she is such a sweetheart, you'll probably want to invite her to all your family's future events! The day was made perfect with the Bobbi Roth touch and I can't imagine a better person to have plan your wedding.

As MOB I wanted nothing more than to make sure my daughter(s) have the special day they deserved, and to be able to enjoy the special moments myself. I have just been through two weddings within a one year time. The first wedding was beautiful and although I enjoyed helping my daughter plan it, the day of the wedding was so very stressful for me; and unfortunately, I feel I missed out on special time with my daughter, as she was getting ready and the celebration. When my other daughter began the process of planning her wedding, my only request was that she have someone to help organize and handle things on the day of the wedding. She hired Bobbi Roth and I can honestly say it was so wonderful to have Bobbi come in and handle all the little details and to make sure the day stayed on schedule. She dealt with all the vendors, she helped us with the set-up of the venue and she made sure the evening went smoothly and on time. Every time I became a little stressed about something, she was there to tell me to relax. Bobbi was so pleasant to work with and so professional. I only wish that I had thought about hiring her a year ago instead of taking on all the responsibility myself. I will be sure to recommend her to others who are going through this experience. "Bobbi was so wonderful throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was always available to answer questions and help guide me in the right direction. I did most of my wedding planning myself but she was there to help steer me in the right direction when it came to formalities. There are always little things that you forget about when you have so much to plan and she was so knowledgeable and helpful about every little detail.
I cannot even thank Bobbi enough for all of her help the day of my wedding in arranging all of the vendors, getting everyone and everything coordinated and done in a timely fashion. My wedding was a dream come true for me and the best part was that me and my family got to enjoy it!

"I have been involved, in one way or another, with numerous weddings, but only one involved the services of a wedding planner; my son's wedding in August. I can say without a doubt that the success of the wedding was due in no small part of the services of the planner (in this case, Bobbi).
Having taken part in weddings ...as a guest, caterer, groomsman, groom and Father of the Groom and I can look at the process from many different angles and come up with most of the same "arguments" against having a planner - "it's not that difficult, it's only a party with a lot of tuxedos" to "we can just wing it" to "people will remember the day, not the details".
Knowing what I know now and having survived the aftermath of many details that got missed or frazzled nerves from having to track too many things, I can say that if I have any input over the next wedding decision of "should we get a planner", the answer will be a resounding YES.
At the absolute minimum, the planner provides a mental security blanket, knowing that there is someone there whose sole job is to ensure that the details aren't missed and that everybody knows what is going on… well worth the "expense".

"Bobbi was a huge help in making my wedding happen! She was great in responding to all of my questions and requests and ensuring we stick to the time line, which was highly important to me. I had around 30 people in my bridal party and over 200 guests; she directed them to the right locations effortlessly to keep with the time line and the party flowing. Also, Bobbi helped make my reception beautiful by adding the decorative elements not covered by my florist, such as place cards, bouquets, candles, etc. as well as gathering and cleaning all of the ceremony decorations and transferring them to the reception. Furthermore, Bobbi was flexible to my last minute changes, so if any bride needs to make any changes last minute (not that I'm really encouraging it), no worries because Bobbi is great in handling them. Overall, I'm glad and relieved that I had Bobbi as my wedding planner; my family, my husband, and I were able to have such a great time at our wedding and create fond memories!"
